Fine Jewelry Limited 90-day Warranty
All jewelry purchased from us is covered by warranty for 90-days against manufacturing defects (based upon our inspection). All jewelry is genuine and authentic. It is made from platinum, 14k or 10k gold and sterling silver. All weights, and sizes and other item specifications listed on the
website are approximate unless otherwise noted. In case of a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the item for a new one within 90 days of the purchase. 3 rd party repair or any modification of the item voids the warranty. Examples of manufacturing defects would be the following: a broken
lobster clamp, or a chain with an open link. Obvious damage to the chain such as pulling and ripping is not a manufacturing defect and will not be covered. WE DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS ITEM, INCLUDING
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not
apply to you.
To obtain Warranty Service, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and follow the return instructions.
